- To assist Manager in work planning, human resource, solution to solve pop up problems to make sure project is under progressing smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Provide on site management of construction projects.
- To update and monitor project cost during construction stage and to follow up closely with project team on the potential area that can cause budget burst
- Working closely with project management department, quantity surveying department and related entities to ensure the successful of a project in term of time, cost and quality.

Job Description
- To assist the Project Manager in the delivery of projects by supervising and coordinating the activities on site.

- Report various condition of work at site to Manager
- Supervise staff to make sure work progress as schedule
- Daily record keeping
- Safety: Daily inspection and make sure all staffs and site are working under safe environment and according to the safety regulation of Company and Authorizer

Job Description
- CoW is primarily to represent the interests of the client in regard to ensuring that the quality of both materials and workmanship are in accordance with the design information such as specification and engineering drawing.
Responsibilities
- Making sure that work is carried out to the client's standards, specification, correct materials, workmanship, and schedule
- Becoming familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them, and using them as a reference when inspecting work
- Making visual inspections
- Taking measurements and samples on site to make sure that the work and the materials meet the specifications and quality standards
- Being familiar with legal requirements and checking that the work complies with them.
- Make sure Daily report to up-to-date every day.

Requirements
- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
